What does PCT provide with each pump system?
PCT is not an engineering or design company. We build systems to your design specifications, drawing on about 20 years of combined staff experience in systems fabrication. Every system comes with the equipment, documentation and testing needed to arrive ready for inspection and installation.
- Pump, controls and fabrication
- CAD drawings, provided as hard copy or electronic files
- A shop test area with a water tank, flow meters, valves and pressure gauges for full system testing before inspection or shipment
- Single phase and three phase power for testing electronic devices and motors
- Coordination with an ASME vessel and tank supplier to meet safety and hygienic cleanliness requirements for chemical and pharmaceutical facilities
